Halifax Wanderers Dan Nimick and Lorenzo Callegari were all named to the Canadian Premier League’s Gatorade Team of the Week for Week 15.

Both players played key roles in the Wanderers’ 3-1 victory over Valour FC on July 18. Nimick scored twice, including the match-winning goal.

Dan Nimick (Halifax Wanderers)

Nimick stepped up to the spot three times for the Halifax Wanderers on Thursday, scoring two penalties to bring him to five goals on the season. He also completed 44 of 50 passes as Halifax defeated Valour 3-1.

Lorenzo Callegari (Halifax Wanderers)

Callegari was superb in the centre of the park against Valour on Thursday, winning possession eleven times. He also made four interceptions, won three tackles, and made 56 of 60 passes during another dominant outing.
