Q: How many games are included in a season ticket membership?
A Season Ticket Membership includes all regular season Canadian Premier League home games with a possible additional one (1) Canadian Championship match. In the case HFX Wanderers qualify for all additional home games in the Canadian Championship – as Season Ticket Members, you will have the first right of refusal for your seats for upcoming games at a discounted rate. Those tickets are an additional cost to your season ticket membership.
Q: Is there a payment plan option?
Yes! We understand the many challenges we face in these unprecedented times, so we want to make this affordable and easy. Payment plans begin on December 15 2020, and payments are split equally between 6 payments on the 15th of each month ending on May 15 2021.
If you purchase after December 15, you will have to catch up the previous month payment in order to qualify for the payment plan.
Q: Is there interest in my payment in the payment plan?
No, All our payment plans are interest free!
Q: Where can I buy youth tickets?
You can buy youth tickets in the Harbor Blue (103/105), and Naval Grey (102/106) sections.
Please keep in mind youth tickets are for children 2-12 years of age. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket to enter the Wanderers grounds. Children under the age of 2 may sit on their parent/guardians lap.
Q: What will happen to my tickets if there are health restrictions due to Covid-19?
While we fully expect to play at the Wanderers Grounds in 2021 with as many fans in the stands as possible, we recognize that there may be some circumstances where we will need to relocate or restrict fan seating. In the event your seats are affected, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss options.
Q: What is Auto Renewal?
New for 2021, auto-renewal! You won’t have to worry about forgetting to renew your seats anymore! During each October of the calendar year, we will advise you of the automatic renewal of your current memberships for the following season. We will automatically renew all seats in your account on November 1st unless you notify us via email or phone prior to October 31st. If you would like to modify your seats (i.e. youth pricing or seat location), please contact our ticketing manager prior to October 31st.
Q: I want to buy season tickets in the Kitchen but I have children with me, is that allowed and if so where would be the best section in the Kitchen to buy and bring children?
Sections 108 and 109 are where our most passionate and rowdy fans usually purchase season tickets. Section 110 is a great section to bring teenagers and young adults who want to be near the action, but not in the heart of it. Section 111 is a great option that is not as rowdy as sections 108 and 109. Please note that there are youth ticket pricing in sections 102, 103, 104, and 106. These sections are in the mainstands, they offer a different experience for kids/families.
Q: What if I buy season tickets and decide I want to move to a different section?

Q: I have a friend who wants to buy tickets near me, how do I go about that?

Q: How do I manage my tickets?
Managing your tickets is easy and convenient. Log onto your Account Manager here to view tickets, invoice, stadium information and even the occasional promotion! Once tickets are available, you will be able to download them to your Google or Apple Wallet. Information on how to do this will be available in 2021. Please note that your HFX Wanderers FC login information will be the same as any other TicketMaster information that is associated with the same email address as of Nov 2020. For assistance with your Account Manager profile, please reach out to the member services manager.
Q: After purchasing when will I receive my mobile tickets?
You won’t receive the mobile tickets in your account until the schedule has been released for the new season. What you will see is an invoice referring to your ticket/s location on your account manager home page.
