Join us for the biggest ever Wanderers ‘March to the Match’

September 21st is a massive day for the Wanderers and Halifax, as our match against Valour FC is going to be shown live on CBC Television.

Help us show the rest of Canada what the Wanderers Grounds experience is all about.

We want everyone across the country to feel our passion for the game.

We know we have fans in all parts of the region, so we’re planning the March to the Match from TWO different locations, from TWO different parties.

Yes you heard right! Celebrate with us for the whole day.

We’ll be kicking things off with a bang at Quinpool Road’s 2019 Quinfest Family Fun Day.

The CPL’s most loyal mascot Rover will be there to get you in the Wanderers spirit.

Head down to the old St. Pats green space for 11 a.m. where you can meet Rover. For the kids there will be games, crafts, balloon animals and even goldfish fishing!

They can also jump around on a Justice League bouncy castle and take in a live concert with Shameless.

At 12:30 you can get ready for the March to the Match from that location.

At the same time we’ve got another street party at Rogers Square, starting at 11 a.m. and that will be where our regular March to the Match rallies.

CAA is donating prizes for the event. There will be free samples from Pepsi and Tea North, along with other giveaways from our partners.

So fill our partner pubs at 11 a.m. then at 1 p.m. join our fans at Rogers Square to begin the march to the Grounds.

You can also check out Solar Bike HFX who will be there and giving you a chance to bike to the match.

Bring your family and friends to make this a march to remember and let’s make sure the players can hear us as the two marches meet at our downtown stadium.

Let’s turn the streets blue everyone. Get ready to cheer loud and get your marching shoes on.

Come on you Wanderers!
