A pair of Halifax Wanderers were named to the CPL’s most recent Team of the Week.

Midfielder Lorenzo Callegari and Striker Ryan Telfer were both recognized for their performances in the Wanderers’ 1-1 draw against Atletico Ottawa.

This is the second straight week that Callegari has been named to the league’s best eleven.

The Wanderers’ midfield maestro earns a second straight TOTW nod, after providing the assist for a late equalizer in Ottawa. He created five chances and won possession nine times, anchoring the middle for Halifax on the road.

Ryan Telfer (Halifax Wanderers FC)

Telfer played very well in a hold-up striker role for the Wanderers, creating four chances for teammates and popping up all over the attacking third.
