Wanderers extend partnership with Payworks

The Halifax Wanderers Football Club is excited to announce a renewed partnership with Payworks as the club’s continued provider of payroll and human resources management. 

Payworks is a leading expert in the field of total workforce management solutions, providing cloud-based Payroll, Human Resources, Employee Time and Absence Management to businesses across Canada.

When we began our journey to find a new workforce management solution, we set our sights on Payworks because they are a Canadian-owned and operated provider serving businesses from coast to coast,” Wanderers director of business development Dave Finlayson said. 

“We use Payworks’ system to ensure our team and staff get paid on time and have access to straightforward reporting for tax needs.”

Payworks has been a Wanderers’ partner since 2020, managing Payroll, Human Resources, and Workforce Analytics for the club.  

In 2021, Payworks helped showcase Wanderers players in a series called The Journey Begins, profiling nearly a dozen players in articles on the Wanderers website.
