TICKETING FAQs

Q: How do I access my mobile tickets on my smartphone?

You can access your tickets through your HFX Wanderers FC Account Manager. We recommend adding your ticket to your phone’s wallet at least 48 hours prior to the match.

Q: Can I use a screenshot or a paper print out of my ticket?

No. A mobile ticket must be provided either within the Ticketmaster app, mobile website or from your phone’s wallet to gain entry.

Q: What age is a youth ticket?

Youth tickets are for anyone between the ages of 2 and 12 years old.

Q: What do I need to show at the gate to gain entrance?

You need to present your proof of double vaccination and then your mobile ticket to be scanned.

Q: What does the letter on my digital ticket mean?

The letter on your digital ticket references which zone your seats are in. You can only enter the venue in your particular zone. Click here to see the breakdown of the zones.

Q: How do I transfer my mobile tickets to a friend or family member?

1. Login to your account.

2. Select ‘My Events’, then tap the event you would like to transfer tickets for.

3. Select ‘Transfer’, select the ticket(s) you would like to send, and enter the recipient’s info. The recipient will receive an email to accept the tickets right into their account. Sending multiple tickets? Simply complete the steps above for each ticket.

Q: What if I don’t have data to access my ticket while at the gate?

Make sure you save your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Play account prior to the game to avoid having issues upon arrival.
