Ticketmaster offers a Ticket Exchange program, so any games you’re unable to make, you can sell your seats to the general public.
It is strongly recommended that you don’t share your credit card information through email. We would suggest booking a time with our sales representative to come into our office to pay for your Season Membership.
Yes! Once you purchase your 2019 Season membership(s), those seats are yours until you decide you no longer want to renew your season membership(s).

If you are a season seat holder who has also purchased single game tickets, you will need to also login to your Ticketmaster.ca account using the email you used to purchase the single games.
Here is how to do it:
When you are logged in to your Season Tickets, click the drop down bar above your matches and click the “(+)” option to login to the Ticketmaster account created on ticketmaster.ca
If you have purchased tickets to one or more HFX Wanderers FC matches on Ticketmaster.ca please login using the same email you used to purchase the tickets when checking out of Ticketmaster.ca. If you forgot your password, please click https://identity.ticketmaster.ca/passwordreset/init
If you are at the Stadium and it’s matchday, please head to our box office for support. Please give yourself ample time to arrive at the box office earlier to avoid delays.
Yes! You must create a new Ticketmaster account or login with your pre-existing Ticketmaster account. If you can’t remember your password please click the forgot password link.
Yes! If you are visiting the Wanderers Grounds, you will need to navigate to the HFX Wanderers FC experience by clicking your club logo and switching to HFX Wanderers FC or select HFX Wanderers FC as your favourite club under your Profile Preferences. From there you can login with Ticketmaster to access your tickets.
When first creating a login to CPL Centre Circle you would have received a 4-digit verification code to your mobile device via SMS. If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts. If neither solutions work, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, if you are having trouble accessing your tickets, please contact email@example.com
There are many reasons your tickets could not be showing up in the app, but don’t worry we are here to help!
Reason 1: Wrong Login
There are 2 ways to login to access your tickets; either using your season ticket Account Manager login or the login you used on Ticketmaster.ca. If you are a season ticket member, please login using your Account Manager login (the email you used to purchase your season tickets that your ticket rep would have set up on your behalf). If you have purchases single game tickets please login using your Ticketmaster.ca login.
Reason 2: You favoured a different club on the app! Oops!
You must select HFX Wanderers FC to access tickets on the app before clicking the “Tickets” icon at the bottom. You can either switch your club by selecting your profile photo then “My Club” or you can click the icon on the top left corner and switch to the club you are trying to access.
Reason 3: You have an outstanding payment
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure you are on time for your scheduled payments.
Reason 4: Your tickets to the matches have not been assigned.
This could be because you have yet to select the matches you are attending if you are a flex pack holder or because you are being re-seated. Please contact your email@example.com.
No. This year, all tickets are fully digital and only available via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.
No, a mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or within your phone’s wallet to gain entry.
That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your ticket can be validated by the ticket taker manually enter your ticket nuber directly into the scanner.
Simply come to the box office, present your ID and we’ll print your tickets for you.
Yes, however it’s much easier to send each attendee their indiviual ticket.
You can easily send each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.
It’s easy! Once you logged in do the following:
- Step 1: Select manage my ticket(s), then choose your event and tap send (note: not all tickets can be transferred).
- Step 2: Select the tickets you’d like to send and then hit send tickets.
- Step 3: Select your favourite sharing app and send to your recipient(s) via email, text or social media. Because the designated link can only be used once, the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims the ticket.
Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as they haveb’t already been accepted by the recipient.
