Halifax Wanderers midfielder captain Andre Rampersad was named to the Canadian Premier League Team of the Week for Week three of the 2022 season.

Rampersad played the full 90 minutes in the Wanderers 2-1 loss to Pacific FC on April 23.

The Gatorade Team of the Week was selected by Kristian Jack from the Canadian Premier League and Oliver Platt from OneSoccer.

It was a somewhat disjointed game from both sides in Langford, but Rampersad was a major bright spot for Halifax. He had a clear desire to push the ball forward with his own ability on the run, and to win it back when the Wanderers were out of possession — which he did a staggering 15 times.
